The national director of Epidemiology of the Cuban Ministry of Public Health, Dr. Francisco Durán, reported this Sunday five deaths and 1,162 positive samples for Covid-19 during the last 24 hours, for an accumulated 79,544 diagnoses and 436 deaths since the beginning of the disease in the nation.
Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodríguez on Saturday recognized the country’s progress in Covid-19 vaccination thanks to the government’s efforts to enhance processes and collaboration between state-run institutions and the people.
