Havana, Cuba.-Mexican Foreign Affairs Minister Luis Videgaray will make a working visit to Cuba on August 17 and 18. During his stay in Cuba, Videgaray will hold official talks with Cuban authorities and will carry out other activities, said a note published in Cuban website CUBAMINREX Tuesday. Mexico and Cuba established diplomatic relations in 1920.
