HAVANA, Cuba.- The President of Cuba, Miguel Diaz-Canel congratulated this Friday the members of the Cuba’s High-School Students Federation (FEEM), on the 49th anniversary of its foundation.

FEEM raises. Congratulations to the Cuban students belonging to the organization. Organization for which we feel particular appreciation and affection, Diaz-Canel expressed in his Twitter account.

The more than 320 thousand members of FEEM in the country celebrate this December 6 with productive work, knowledge meetings, sporting events, and visits to historical sites, among other activities.

Yozara Acosta, chair of the National Working Group of FEEM, explained that during the year they have developed in classrooms the process of debate and reflection with good attitude, to reflect on the values and the best civic behaviors.
