The first Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Cuba, Army General Raul Castro Ruz, received at Jose Marti International Airport the President of the Councils of State and Ministers, Miguel Diaz-Canel Bermudez, who returned to the country after an official visit to Venezuela.
