CARACAS, Venezuela.- The President of Venezuela, Nicolas Maduro, called all the workers in the country to a constituent congress, with the purpose of contributing ideas to promote the national production.

Francisco Garcia, deputy of the National Constituent Assembly by the workers’ sector, said the center of the executive’s economic actions is the human being, man, the worker and work as a social fact.

Garcia pointed out that the Plenipotentiary power, since the beginning plays a fundamental role in the financial advances achieved by the State, that points towards the stability of the country.

Regarding the appointment of the Venezuelan workers, the trade union leader also said they will discuss the economic advances, the proposal of production and productivity, services and what is related to the transformation of Government public policies.
