Cuban President Miguel Diaz-Canel.

HAVANA, Cuba. – The President of the Councils of State and of Ministers of Cuba, Miguel Diaz-Canel Bermudez, received new ambassadors in solemn hearing.

Among them there were His Excellency Mr. Anthony Mwaniki Muchiri, Ambassador of the Republic of Kenya, His Excellency Mr. Max Jose Lopez Cornejo, from the Republic of Panama, and His Excellency Mr. Eliseu Joaquim Majusta, from the Republic of Mozambique.

Diaz-Canel also received the letters of credence of His Excellency Mr. Fernando D´Oreyde Brito and Cunha Figueirinhas, Ambassador of the Portuguese Republic, H.E. Mrs. Anouphone Kittirath, Ambassador of the Lao People’s Democratic Republic.

Other ambassadors received by the Cuban President in solemn hearing were His Excellency Mr. Boughaleb El Attar, from the Kingdom of Morocco, His Excellency Mr. Roman Hostak, from the Slovak Republic, H.E. Mrs. Kathryn Phipps from Jamaica and H.E. Lady Madheu Sethi, from the Republic of India.
