HAVANA, Cuba.- The President of the Councils of State and of ministers, Miguel Diaz-Canel Bermudez, accompanied by the Chancellor Bruno Rodríguez, received in solemn hearing to His Excellency Mr. Rene Mauricio Hurtado, Ambassador of the Republic of Chile.

The Cuban President also received His Excellency Javier Esteban Figueroa, Ambassador of the Argentine Republic; His Excellency Mr. Patrice Paoli, Ambassador of the French Republic; and Her Excellency Lady Jehanne Roccas, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Belgium.

Diaz-Canel welcomed the Ambassador of Malaysia and the Ambassador of New Zealand, who presented the credentials accrediting them as ambassadors of their countries in the Republic of Cuba.

At the conclusion of each ceremony, the heads of mission placed a floral offering at the monument to Jose Marti in Revolution Square.
