Miguel Diaz-Canel Bermudez, first Vice-President of the Councils of State and Ministers, had an exchange this Wednesday with authorities of the Provincial Defense Council (CDP) in Matanzas, to assess the damage caused by Hurricane Irma and the recovery actions.
