HOLGUIN, Cuba. – The Provincial Museum of History in Holguin shows in the Revolution Hall Fidel´s imprint during his multiple visits, meetings and tours in the eastern territory.

Many images, objects and documents are exhibited in this site of the local history and on the meetings of the Commander-in-Chief with the people of Holguin, from February 26, 1959 when he pronounced his first speech in this city.

Nelida Peña, director of the museum, remarked that the exhibition also includes images of the posthumous homage paid by the Holguin people to the historical leader of the Cuban Revolution.

Peña pointed out that the Revolution Hall, opened to the public this year, is one of the options of healthy recreation during the summer season and allows to promote the history of Cuba among the new generations.
