BAYAMO, Granma.- Salvador Valdes Mesa, member of the Political Bureau of the Party and First Vice-President of the Councils of State and Ministers, began a work visit to the province of Granma, with a tour of four entities in the transport sector.

First, the leader exchanged with executives and workers of Bayamo Transport Business Unit, where he insisted on the importance of raising the technical availability coefficient of buses.

Also, Valdes Mesa asked on the availability of resources, work conditions, payment systems and stimulations to the workers, and called not to violate the times established for the maintenance and repair of vehicles.

Together with authorities of the territory, the Cuban First Vice-President arrived later at the Container Operator Company, which offers services to the provinces of Granma and Las Tunas.
