Animals donated by Namibia to Cuba.

HAVANA, Cuba. – The Latin American Association of Zoos and Aquaria (ALPZA) described as remarkable the work of maintenance and preservation of the animals donated by Namibia to Cuba.

Martin Zordan, executive director of the organization based in Chile commented the preservation of the species has been done in the best possible way, which has allowed exhibiting them in very similar conditions to their own habitat.

Zordan exemplified with the fact that it constitutes a very realistic simulation of their natural habitat in the National Zoological Park, with an area with thousands of plants and considered the fifth Cuban zone with the largest group of birds observed.
