They report in Italy on donations to Cuba after tornado passage

ROME, Italy.- The Cuban Embassy in this city reported in Rome the procedure for sending donations to Havana, which was severely affected by a devastating tornado last Sunday.

The diplomatic seat reproduced the information emanating on Wednesday from the meeting of the Cuban Council of Ministers, where the progress of the recovery tasks was assessed and in which President Miguel Diaz-Canel Bermudez indicated to facilitate donations to help the victims.

The text indicates that donations from abroad, whether from governments, companies, non-governmental organizations or natural persons, must be made through the embassies in each country.

An account was enabled in the international financial Bank for sending money, and in Italy the email address is ofieconomica@ecuitalia.it.
