Bolivia’s deposed President Evo Morales condemned the militarization of the country authorized by the de facto government, on the grounds that it violates the rights of citizenship provided for in the Constitution.
Bolivia’s Ambassador to the United Nations, Sacha Llorenti, denounced the unconstitutional order in his country, and recalled that only the plenary of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly can accept or reject Evo Morales´s resignation.
