The diplomat denounced that the Secretary General of the Organization of American States,

following the script dictated by the United States, organized a new show against Cuba, about the constitutional reform project.

The Constitution of Cuba emanates from the sovereign authority of its people, which democratically debated the Magna Carta draft on which they will vote soon, Martinez emphasized.

The Director of Latin America and the Caribbean of the Chancellery, remarked that the Secretary General of OAS is mistaken, as the Cubans discuss and approve the Cuban Constitution, and thus it will be confirmed next February 24.
