More than 200 children have been injured by clashes in the Gaza Strip since President Trump’s unilateral announcement.
UNITED NATIONS, New York.- The UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs reported that following US President Donald Trump’s decision on Jerusalem, the clashes in the Gaza Strip increased, where more than 4 500 Palestinians were injured by Israeli forces and fourteen died.
Since December 6, when the head of the White House appointed Jerusalem as the capital of Israel, the occupants’ damage to Palestinians constitute approximately 56% of all those registered in 2017.
Of the injured, 226 were children and in the West Bank the occupation forces carried out 170 search operations.
On twenty-two occasions, Israelis opened fire on farmers and fishermen as they imposed access restrictions along the fence and also on the Gaza coast.
