Havana, Cuba.- Workers of the Federico Engels Graphic Arts Enterprise supported this Monday with their signatures the Bolivarian Revolution of Venezuela, as well as the civic-military union and President Nicolas Maduro.

Following the reading of the letter to be sent by the Venezuelan government to UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres, demanding an end to US aggressions, the collection of signatures in this workplace began today, which is the first day of a week dedicated to showing support for Venezuela.

In the letter, the Venezuelan authorities and people request UN support in what they describe as unfair and vile attacks by Washington and also demand the international organization protects Venezuela.

They also warn that if the US blockade remains, in addition to an escalation towards confrontation, ‘international order and laws that have kept humanity free from a planetary conflict’ will be at risk.

By collecting signatures in Cuba, across work and study centers in the provinces of Havana, Artemisa, Mayabeque, Matanzas and Pinar del Rio, the Cuban people will once again reiterate their solidarity with their Venezuelan brothers and sisters, as well as their support to the noble and just causes of the world.

Likewise, Cuba ratifies its rejection of the use or threat of the use of force against territorial integrity and the political independence of any State, and in any other way incompatible with UN princicples on relations among countries.
