HaHavana, Cuba.-The 28th Caravan of the United States-Cuba Friendship, led by Pastors for Peace, arrived today to Cuba, seeking to support the calls for the end of the economic, financial and commercial blockade set up by the United States.
The caravan arrived in Havana from Mexico and will stay for two weeks in Cuba.
As part of its agenda, the group will tour several Cuban provinces and meet with people, churches and cultural institutions.
According to Gail Walker, executive director of Pastors for Peace, they will ask US President Donald Trump’s management to keep the measures taken by his predecessor Barack Obama and authorize US citizens to travel to Cuba freely.
