HAVANA, Cuba. – Hassan Mohamed Kamil, Secretary of State for Youth and Sport of the Republic of Djibouti, valued very positively the visit to Cuba that ended last night.

As a culmination of his stay, the head of the African nation signed with Dr. Antonio Becali Garrido, president of INDER, a sports cooperation agreement, which will strengthen ties in different areas.

The document reflects the willingness of both sides to develop an active exchange in various disciplines, and includes aspects of research and improvement, infrastructure, medicine, control and anti-doping and technical assistance, Mohamed Kamil said.

During his brief stay in Cuba, Djibouti’s minister for Youth and Sport visited the facilities of the anti-doping Control laboratory and some sporting institutions.
