VARADERO, Cuba. – The largest Cuban spa, in the western province of Matanzas, hosts the International Varadero Gourmet Festival, whose purpose is promoting the exchange of experiences between entrepreneurs and professionals of gastronomy and services,

The meeting calls on entrepreneurs and experts in the management, training and marketing of food and beverages, private sector workers, professionals and academics who promote the progress of gastronomy and oenology.

The program of the International Varadero Gourmet Festival starts with the Bar Tour and includes keynote speeches, presentations, commented tastings, product launches, workshops, expert panels, exhibitions and competitions.

Professionals of the hotel network and other areas participate in the competitions on Cuban Haute cuisine and cocktail bar, which advocate for gastronomic creativity and contribute to enhance the presence of the autochthonous.
