Bombing in Kabul.

The casualties of the bombing in Kabul were civilians.

United Nations, New York. – United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres strongly repudiated a bomb attack in Kabul, Afghanistan on Monday, where nearly 30 deaths were reported and at least 40 wounded.

The deliberate attack on civilians constitutes a violation of human rights and international humanitarian laws, and it could represent a war crime, Guterres warned in a statement following the sabotage claimed by the Taliban armed group.

Media reported the terrorist attack in Kabul city had as a target a bus with personnel from the on-board intelligence bodies, but all the victims are civilians, including women and children.

Apparently it was used a Toyota vehicle loaded with explosives to execute the attack. Earlier, the United Nations Assistance Mission in Afghanistan had condemned the sabotage in Kabul.
