MOSCOW, Russia.-The Russian Minister of Foreign Affairs, Sergey Lavrov, accused this Thursday the United States of causing incidents capable of jeopardizing the lives of militaries in Syria.

Lavrov told Saudi daily Asharq al-Awsat that Washington organizes deadly dangerous provocations against the Russian militaries in the Levantine nation.

The tactics of taking half measures by U.S. and its allies in Syria is very worrisome, Lavrov said, whose statements coincided with the announcement of the Ministry of Defense on the elimination of the headquarters of terrorist group Jabhat An Nusra in that country.

The Russian Chancellor also considered that if double standards are applied by dividing terrorists into good, bad and not so bad, the work of the Western coalition in Syria is politicized and the resolutions of the United Nations Security Council are ignored.
