Flags of Cuba and Vietnam.

HANOI, Vietnam.- There were frank and productive exchanges, in correspondence with the excellent relationship between our parties, States, Governments and peoples, Marcelino Medina, first Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Cuba, said this Wednesday at the end of his visit to Vietnam.

The talks with Vietnamese Vice-Minister Kim Ngoc, showed the will to strengthen cooperation between the two ministries, to favor common interests in multiple areas, Medina added.

The high Cuban official also met with Deputy Prime Minister and Chancellor Pham Binh Mihn; Minister of Construction Pham Hong Ha, and Rector of the Diplomatic Academy Nguyen Vu Tung.

Medina pointed out that in all these meetings a willingness to strengthen bilateral relations was reaffirmed, and they agreed in the enormous potential these ties have in different spheres.
