Paris, France.-The companies Cubana de Aviacion and Air Caraibes signed today an agreement, which will allow the joint operation of the flights of the two companies, during the professional salon of tourism Top Resa, held in France.

Director in Paris of Cubana de Aviacion Lourdes Hermelo told the Prensa Latina news agency that the agreement will allow the joint operation of flights, something that will lead to an increased rate of flights between France and Cuba.

‘It will also offer the passengers more options for their stay in Cuba, because they will have more flights from Paris to Havana and Santiago de Cuba’, she said.

Meanwhile, president of the executive board of directors of Air Caraibes Marc Rochet highlighted the importance of the agreement, which will strengthen ties between ‘two countries united by a relationship of culture, history and friendship’.
