LA PAZ, Bolivia.- The participation of Bolivian President Evo Morales in the Ninth Annual Meeting of Investments in the United Arab Emirates, confirms the prestige of the South American country in the international field.

During an interview with Telesur international network, the Minister of the Presidency, Juan Ramon Quintana, said his country’s relations with the world have transformed in a radical way.

Quintana added that Bolivia today opens up to the world with an international insertion that no longer depends, as 13 years ago, on Washington’s decision, but on the will of the Bolivian people.

The Bolivian Minister of the Presidency pointed out that by its will the Bolivian people have given themselves the capacity to link to the world with greater freedom, sovereignty, and independence and that is thanks to the efforts of President Evo Morales´s Government, whom they welcome in the Annual Meeting of Investments in the United Arab Emirates.
