Cuban first Vice-President Salvador Valdes in Bayamo.

BAYAMO, Granma.- The Cuban First Vice-President of the Councils of State and Ministers, Salvador Valdes Mesa, highlighted in Bayamo the benefits and the need to achieve an adequate economic planning.

As part of a government visit to the Eastern province of Granma, the leader reflected on the existing failures in the business system and whose solution is worked.

Valdes Mesa insisted on the importance of solving problems related to the incorrect administration and execution of budgets, which when they are well used provide more social benefits for the population.

In addition, the Cuban first Vice-President gave special priority to the analysis of the levels of responses to the approaches made by the population in the assemblies of accountability of delegates to their constituents.
