Padrino explained that the maneuvers, developed in September by the instruction of President Nicolas Maduro, improved the control system of the Operational Strategic Command of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces, under the command of Remigio Ceballos.

The Venezuelan Minister of Defense highlighted the response in the maritime areas, land and air spaces carried out by the Bolivarian Navy, through the Strategic Region of Maritime Defense and the Integral Aerospace Defense System, to the presence of exploration aircraft of United States.
