The 10th Congress of the Union of Cuban Journalists (UPEC) concludes this Saturday with the presentation of the new presidency that will lead the organization during the next five years.
The organic process of the 1tenth0th Congress of the Union of Journalists of Cuba, is dedicated to the memory of recently deceased president of UPEC, Antonio Molto Martorell.
