HAVANA, Cuba. – Alina Balseiro Gutierrez, president of the National Electoral Commission, said this Thursday that human and material conditions are guaranteed throughout the country to ensure the quality of the upcoming electoral process.

Talking to the press, she highlighted the organized and disciplined previous work of the temporary commissions, as well as the training of the electoral authorities at the different levels and moments.

Balseiro Gutierrez recalled that tomorrow it will end the constitution of the electoral district commissions, and reported that the assemblies to nominate candidates will be from September 4 to 30.
