Ernesto Che Guevara Sculptural Complex in Santa Clara.

SANTA CLARA, Cuba.- The ending of the whole restoration of the Ernesto Che Guevara Sculptural Complex is a true gift for the Cuban city of Santa Clara and for the whole world.

The remodeling included the statue of the heroic guerrilla, the metallic letters expressing his memorable phrases, the stone support, the Las Villas Front Mausoleum, and other components of the historical site.

Michael Diegman, president of the German company M-D Project-Management, in charge of the work, signified its transcendence because it is dedicated to Che on the anniversary 50 of his physical disappearance and the twentieth of the transfer of his remains to Santa Clara.

Mayra Romero Bermudez, director of the sculptural complex, declared a capital restoration was made to all the tribune´s elements, and that is why everybody is very pleased and grateful.
