PARIS, France.- The Prime Minister of France, Edouard Philippe expressed this Wednesday his solidarity with six soldiers attacked in the town of Levallois-Perret, while the anti-terrorist section of the Prosecutor’s Office investigates what happened.
Around 8:30 local time, a vehicle charged against a group of officers who were near a Government building in the municipality, on the outskirts of Paris; the aggressor escaped.
According to Defense Minister Florence Parly, the wounded were hospitalized and three of them have severe damage, although their lives are not in danger.
Government spokesman Christophe Staner said this is an attack whose nature the investigators will define, while the prosecution initiated a process against the suspect, accused of attempted murder in connection with terrorist actions.
