Havana, Cuba.- Cuba and China will exchange on trade opportunities with the holding of a business forum between the two nations next Monday at the National Hotel in the capital, the Chamber of Commerce announced today.
The Chinese delegation will be chaired by Wu Guiying, president of the Zhejiang Province Sub-Council, and will be made up of more than 30 companies from the food, construction, textile and household appliance sectors, among others.
To conclude the forum, a Memorandum of Understanding is expected to be signed between the Chinese Council for the Promotion of International Trade of Zhejiang Province and the Chamber of Commerce of the Republic of Cuba in order to increase cooperation between the two institutions.
The event, which seeks to contribute to mutual knowledge between the entrepreneurs of the two countries, includes within its program a presentation on the business environment in Cuban territory, by the Chamber of Commerce, and another about the potential of the province of Zhejiang, the information expanded.
