Headed by Jose Ramon Machado Ventura, Second Secretary of the Central Committee of the Party, the cultural and political ceremony for the anniversary 60 of Frank Pais´s fall day and the Day of the Martyrs of the Revolution took place in Santa Iphigenia Cemetery at Santiago de Cuba.
