HAVANA, Cuba.- With the arrival this morning of the number 20 flight since the return of Cuban collaborators of the More Doctors Program began, more than four thousand doctors are already back in the fatherland.

The welcome ceremony in Jose Marti International Airport, was presided by the Secretary General of the Workers’ Central Union of Cuba, Ulises Guilarte de Nacimiento.

Santiago Badia, Secretary General of the National Union of Health Workers, said that this army of white coats materialized the true concept of universal health, defying any challenge in more than 700 Brazilian communities.

On behalf of the 206 collaborators who arrived in Cuba on that flight, Milagros Caridad Pupo ratified the commitment of solidarity of the Cuban physicians, heirs of Che´s lineage.
