HOLGUIN, Cuba.- Workers of the tourism industry in Holguin finalize the necessary works, to start the high season with a call to promote more authentic cultural proposals as essential value.

The president of the Provincial Defense Council, Luis Torres Iríbar, urged to complete the recovery tasks by the passage of Hurricane Irma, to promote the culture-tourism relation and to expand some extra options that promote other services.

Eddy Santos Gonzalez, delegate of Tourism in Holguin, explained that after recent investments, they update the local catalogue offers of high performances like Nocturno cabaret, hotels Esmeralda and Plaza Colon, Plaza Bar or a suggestive franchise of Bodeguita del Medio.

With more than five thousand rooms and about 200 sites of interest, the leisure industry in the east north of Cuba is ready for its high season.
