HAVANA, Cuba.- Cuban President Miguel Diaz-Canel Bermudez visited the Supreme People’s Court in Havana, an institution that will meet 45 years of founded next December 23.

At the seat of the Court, the representative talked with the President of the entity. The Secretary of the State Council, Homero Acosta, also attended the visit.

The mission of the People’s Supreme Court is to impart justice, and to ensure the processing and settlement of judicial matters with adherence to the law, sense of fairness, rationality, promptness and respect for the guarantees of the parties.

It also ensures the timely and effective fulfillment of decisions, thus contributing to the full realization of rights, and to the fulfilment of the duties and obligations of natural and legal persons.
