Diaz-Canel highlights Cuban collaboration with Russia.
HAVANA, Cuba.- The President of the Councils of State and Ministers, Miguel Diaz-Canel, this Friday the significance of the collaboration of Cuba and Russia on the recent agreements signed by both sides.

On his Twitter account, the Cuban head of State indicated that the signing of eight agreements strengthens strategic cooperation between both countries and supports the Cuban development, while in another message on the same social network he highlights the visit of the Russian Prime Minister.

I received the President of the Government of the Russian Federation. We cover the issues of the bilateral agenda. We agree on our views regarding the international situation, Diaz-Canel confirmed on Twitter.

Last Thursday Dimitri Medveded, Prime Minister of Russia who visits the island, was also received by the First Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Cuba, Army General Raul Castro.
