Cuba’s commitment to general and complete disarmament, especially nuclear, was ratified in Geneva, Switzerland, by Bruno Rodriguez Parrilla, Minister of Foreign Affairs, who met Tatiana Valovaya, Director-General of the United Nations Office (UN) in that city.
