ARTEMISA, Cuba.- The national act for May 17 and the anniversary 57 of the National Association of Small Farmers (ANAP), was held in El Gabriel Popular Council, in Artemisa, the best province of the country in the work of that organization.

The national president of ANAP, Rafael Santiesteban Pozo, recognized the provinces of Cienfuegos, Matanzas, Camaguey and Pinar del Rio and especially to Mayabeque, Villa Clara and Havana.

Santiesteban said that on that anniversary, the peasant organization continues carrying out its missions and tasks, and he called to continue working with efficiency and productivity, applying science and technology.

The National President of ANAP highlighted the work of the peasants of Artemisa, outstanding for their productive results, good organic functioning and growth of membership.
