WASHINGTON, USA. – The United States is considering the possibility of deploying strategic weapons in South Korea, as a reaction to the latest launch of a North Korean missile, which flew over Japan.

Among the possible steps of response there is the transfer to South Korea of American strategic bombers B-52, B-2 and B-1b, as well as fighters and aircraft.

This initiative is part of the measures recently discussed by the US and South Korean military leaderships, in which they did not rule out a warlike action in response to the last North Korean test.

This Tuesday, Pyongyang launched a ballistic missile that traversed Japanese airspace and then fell into the Pacific Ocean. Some hours later, Seoul carried out bombing drills and published images of its own missile tests.
