CURITIBA, Brazil. – The president of the Brazilian Workers’ Party was able to visit former President Luiz Inacio da Silva on Thursday at the headquarters of the Federal police in Curitiba, after a judicial authorization.

According to Federal police authorities, Judge Carolina Lebbos, who had rejected other requests to visit Lula, will allow two people authorized by him to see him every Thursday for an hour.
