Havana, Cuba.-The Cuban Music Institute called today to the the 15th Havana International Guitar Festival and Contest, which will be held from April 22-29 in this capital.

According to a communique by the agency, the contestants will be people of up to 35 years of age, of any nationality, born after April 17, 1984.

Th registration deadline will be March 20, 2018 and an organizing committee will chose the aspirants.

The jury, which will be presided over by maestro Jesus Ortega, will grant the Isaac Nicola Award to the best qualified Cuban contestant, consisting of an concert acoustic guitar and the possibility to record and album with the Colibri Productions label.
