American president Donald Trump decided to withdraw his nation from the Paris Agreement and works with the director of the Environmental Protection Agency, Scott Pruitt, to take that step.

Axios web site quoted two sources with direct knowledge on the subject according to which Trump already took the decision of withdrawing from the pact on climate change, signed in December 2015 by ninety-five countries.

According to the web site, the details about how the exit will take place are made by a small team including Pruitt, whom local media has pointed out as one of the main advocates of the US leaving the agreement.

Last Saturday Trump published on his Twitter account that this week he will make a final determination on the permanence or exit of the Paris Agreement.
