MEXICO CITY, Mexico.-The Government of the United States aims to accelerate a new phase of destabilization against the government of Venezuela, with the aid of the Organization of American States (OAS).

An article by columnist Carlos Fazio for La Jornada newspaper, recalls the previous coup aggressive adventures against the legitimate and constitutional government of Venezuela, which, he claims, they intend to overthrow now under the screen of a multilateral humanitarian intervention.

Fazio emphasizes that the new scenario of aggression is the Summit of the Americas, where it is intended to start a new political-diplomatic escalation, combined with clandestine psychological actions related to the fourth generation war.
