CARACAS, Venezuela.-The Venezuelan people are a week from the great victory in the National Constituent Assembly, President Nicolas Maduro highlighted during his regular Sunday program broadcast from Bolívar Square in Caracas.

Maduro rejected the interventionist actions of some countries in the area against Venezuela, and stressed that the people, as original power, is the only one that gives orders to the Executive.

Thus, President Maduro repudiated the interventionist posture adopted by the governments of Argentina, Brazil, Peru, the United States and other countries against the Bolivarian nation.

The head of State described as unusual and poorly drafted the communiqué recently issued by the American government, in which Washington threatens Venezuela with the application of quick and strong economic sanctions if it continues with the Constituent.
