HAVANA, Cuba.- Cuban Chancellor Bruno Rodriguez said this Monday on Twitter that the Government of the island has never allowed or will allow the organization of terrorist acts against any State.

Previously, on the same digital platform, the Minister of Foreign Affairs said that Cuba is against terrorism and war, in defense of peace.

With the morale of being a victim of State terrorism for decades and an unimpeachable record, we condemn terrorism in all its forms and manifestations, whatever their motivations, Rodriguez highlighted.

The President of Colombia, Ivan Duque, attributed to the National Liberation Army the authorship of the attack at the General Santander Cadet School in Bogota, after which he asked to reactivate the arrest warrants against the guerrilla negotiators.
