The President of the Councils of State and Ministers of Cuba, Miguel Diaz-Canel Bermudez, visited tobacco areas in El Vizcaino community at Pinar del Rio municipality, where he was interested in the affections caused by Hurricane Michael. There he talked with several neighbors and became interested in recovery efforts.
