The President of the Cuban Councils of State and of Ministers, Miguel Diaz-Canel Bermudez, was received in the Miraflores Palace by his Venezuelan counterpart, Nicolas Maduro Moros, and during the ceremony both leaders reviewed the Parade Group of the Bolivarian National Army.
