HAVANA, Cuba. – The news that the educators of Las Tunas, Mayabeque, Ciego de Avila, Santiago de Cuba and Havana provinces will open the parades for May 1st is a commitment to work with the maximum quality in education, Niurka Maria Gonzalez Orbera assured.

The Secretary General of the National Union of Workers of Education, Science and Sports added that in those territories there is a great motivation to develop a revolutionary mobilization, with the colors of the homeland.

Gonzalez Orbera commented that the Day of the World Proletariat will become unity and revolutionary continuity for that union and attachment to the conquests of the socialist homeland.

She added that in the mobilization for May 1st, workers will ratify the commitment to be faithful to the new leadership of the country, to Raul and to the Commander in Chief´s thought.
