SANTIAGO DE CUBA, Cuba. – As part of the activities organized by the National Association of Small Farmers (ANAP), for the 50th anniversary of the First Campesino Congress in Arms, journalists from several media visited and paid homage to the fallen of the Mario Muñoz Third Eastern Front.

During the tour by Eastern lands, the professionals arrived at the Julio Antonio Mella Coffee Cooperative, the former Guerrilla Hospital in Futeton and La Lata, where Juan Almeida Bosque placed his command.

The tour of the journalists and guests of the ANAP by Santiago de Cuba includes a visit to the Frank País Second Eastern Front, which was in command of Commander Raul Castro in the Sierra Maestra during the revolutionary struggle.

On the occasion of the anniversary of the First Campesino Congress in Arms, Santiago peasants maintain their productive commitments, especially regarding coffee.
