Fidel Castro.

HAVANA, Cuba.- In a meeting chaired by President Raul Castro, a working group was set up to prepare proposals to create an institution intended for the preservation and outreach of the thought and work of Commander-in-Chief Fidel Castro.

Some thirty experts and representatives of several organizations, entities and institutions were summoned for the work, the Cuban News Agency refers.

First Vice-President Miguel Diaz-Canel, in charge of controlling the task, said that it is to perpetuate and collect in an institution the valuable information treasured on the activities that Fidel developed during his fruitful life.

For this purpose it was announced the Presidential Decree 21, in which the creation of the group to present ideas for the establishment of the institution was decided.
